Preschool for All (PFA)

Tiny Smiles proudly participates in Preschool for All (PFA), a Multnomah County program that provides free preschool for eligible families.

Important Enrollment Information
Preschool for All application opens in April 2026 for the following school year 2026/2027. Families are encouraged to learn about eligibility early so they’re prepared when enrollment opens.

Basic Eligibility Requirements include:

• Child must turn 3 years old on or before September 1, 2026

• Family must live in Multnomah County
